  1. Scoping Workshop:
    First, we'll host a collaborative 2-4 hour workshop that gathers information and insights into your organisation's; beneficiaries, and impact.
    * Please note, a pre-workshop questionnaire will be sent ahead at workshop for relevant stakeholders to fill in.

  2. Surveys & User Research:
    We analyse documents, and conduct user research (with service users and relevant staff), to provide us with insights into how both beneficiaries and staff view the impact you've had on your local community. All data is then analysed, to create an initial draft document of the report.

  3. Draft Evaluation Report:
    4. We create a draft evaluation report based on insights gathered from the previous two phases of the project. Which is then sent to the team to be reviewed.

  4. Final Evaluation/ Impact Report:
    Finally we create a conclusive Evaluation/Impact Report, taking into consideration any feedback received on the draft report and any new developments we've came across. The final report is then presented to the project team.
