At JMK & Co, we use the Double Diamond 4-step process in all of our projects, to ensure our approach is thorough and tailored to your needs.

Through stakeholder interviews, data analysis and research, we identify gaps and opportunities: Ensuring we understand the unique context of your projects. This phase also sets the groundwork for the following three phases.
With a comprehensive understanding of your core challenges, we synthesise our findings to clearly define the problems to be solved. From refining your Theory of Change; to identifying key impact metrics, or determining how to optimise your databases. We define exactly what deliverables need to be produced, to resolve your top problems. This also facilitates us in ensuring our focus is aligned with your charity's most important objectives.
In this creative phase, we develop tailored solutions to enhance your impact measurement. Activities typically include crafting compelling impact reports, streamlining your data collection and/or reporting processes, and reiterating your impact frameworks. Where possible, we prototype and test different approaches so that our solutions are not only innovative but also practical and suited to your charity's needs
Finally, we implement the refined solution(s), ensuring they effectively support your social impact measurement efforts, whilst giving you the tools and insights you need to improve how you showcase your impact.
